Thats where im headed next year ,miller peak alot of deer there ,alot, I can see miller from where I hunt, drive my jeep practicley there ,cant wait .

you can find a buck like that in general any given day. Pretty typical buck. Quality tag deserves a little better than that. :twocents:

That would be a 150-160 class buck.  Sweet buck Gman, any story and where is the rest of the deer? Is it already caped or did they just cut the head off?  That would be a shame if they didn't at least keep the cape.

Appears to be closer to a 170s class buck if you ask me. Sorry to head about the ending, but at least you recovered him.

Good timing , some of those big guys may be out and about.I had the tag  in 2010, last year a guy in our camp had it and got a big 3x4  28 inch spread really high horns

The way general season was set up seemed that the deer  still were on summer mode, I seen a really nice track opening day , 2 days later it was there again passing by my blind never saw him but  thats huntin , but the 4x4 I  got was fine for me

your buddies bucks would be a dream buck even first day first five minute he would hit the ground.  yea was way out of norm usually see 6-8 does and spike dinks  one doe on his place and 3 in a low field

One of the more common things showing up in the 'T' now is wolf doo doo with deer and elk hair in it. :bash:
And the sound of howling wolves - well - that's the sound of the anti hunter's dream come true!  :bash:
And did I mention that anti-hunters (like Warren Buffet) hate humans?..... :bash:
