6month old drahthaars first duck hunt
« on: October 21, 2014, 05:48:12 PM »
Did some pass shooting last weekend and the pup did great, he retrieved four ducks from the water one of them being 75 yards out and another one that fell into some really thick blackberry bushes. Not bad for his first duck hunt.

Thanks guys, I think the hardest part is going to be getting him to stay still in the blind.

Not to worry--he already has the instincts.  What is most important in any dog is OBEDIENCE!  Work on that, and you will have the best hunting buddy ever.  :twocents:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
