You passed up on a trophy BT in my book.  That was a dandy buck.

Sundance, tough to pass on a  buck like that but you mentioned in your post you've got a freezer full of elk.  The rut is just starting to kick in and if you have the patience and time to hunt, you've got a chance at a better deer..It sounds like you've got the buck on this video dialed in, in his back yard...Trust your gut and if it feels right take any animal, but with your track record & knowledge of your area....there could easily be a 120" BT in your future.   :IBCOOL:

Very cool Sundance. Is that bag in the video a scent lock type bag?

That will make some of these blacktail guys jealous.   Things should be happening VERY soon in the woods.   Behavior is a little early this year.   Way to utilize the tag.  I hope it pays off for you

Nice Buck!  I tell you what, I would have trouble sleeping for a few days after seeing that.  I'm betting you get another look at him.  Keep us updated.

Good luck, pretty hard to pass that one but with a freezer full of meat, a little easier.

You sir, have some serious trigger control. Multi season tag or not, that buck is hitting the dirt. I could never pass any BT with four on at least one side.

Dandy buck.... Sounds like you have eye on bigger. That's the only way I could hope to pass... Maybe.  :chuckle: Any Pics of the bull?
