not many exciting finds, saw a kinda rare woodpecker that was fun.  I lost my gloves this season pretty sure I know where they are just havent driven back up there to look  :bash: :bash:

I've seen alot of gloves. Normally just one glove sitting there lonely other than the spiders in side lol

Are you finding only right handed gloves?  I found like seven gloves last year and all left handed gloves    :o

It's a conspiracy
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

that's is strange, I've seen a few righty's  but honestly most times it only gets a glance as I walk threw. Been a right handed pigskin glove on a trail up moon creek drainage for past 2 years lol.

I found a brand new leatherman that was engraved with the guy's name.  It turns out the guy was a local and I was able to find him in the phone book and give it back.  His kids had given it to him for Christmas.

The bolt out of an old 70's Mossberg 800 series bolt action rifle.  I still have it, a little rusty but...

That would suck to be that guy. A buddy of mine lost the bolt on his muzzy while hunting in Idaho once. It's a lot harder to shoot that way.

The binos weren't found in the Toutle were they?  My hunting partner lost his steiners.  Which makes me think... is there a lost and found section on the forum?

Mostly the remains of old spike camps. I found an old settlement one time, just foundations and partial outbuildings; some water diversion equipment along the stream etc.
Often I'll find the occasional abandoned vehicle way the hell out in the trees, it's amazing how fast forest will retake an area when man can't get back to it anymore.

My Dad and I found the remnants of a prohibition moonshine site in the Big Bend area downstream from Grand Coulee.  This was eons ago, but will never forget it.

Wife and I were elk hunting Manastash and found someone's "bag" right on the middle of the road.

I can't think of much that is too odd. But I came across a couple similar threads. The ifish one has some really bizarre findings... Once you get started it's quite hard to stop reading these threads! Don't start at work, your day will be shot, trust me  :chuckle:

No they were in grayback. Bushnells hanging on a tree limb. My kids enjoyed them :)

I was on the way to the outdoors, so this counts.  I was looking for my shoe under a hotel bed in Anchorage when I pulled out a turkey baster.
