Haven't shot a ton of pintails this year but the drakes I've killed have sure been pretty ones.

Had a great start to 2015 today. This is my first waterfowl season and today was my first drake stringer! Super pumped. Probably my last hunt for the year and it couldn't have been better.

congrats and welcome to the addiction. You will be wanting to buy all kinds of decoys and staring at ducks even when your driving.

Very Nice 270.  I am still looking for my first Red Heads and Canvas Backs.  Need to find some people to hunt with up by the Methow River.  I have a friend that lives up that way that doesn't hunt that I could stay with easily.

This season has been Mallards, Wood Ducks, Pintail and Teal only for me so far.

Yeah this year has been 90% mallards and Pintail for me. Hardly any teal in the valleythis year. Was kind of nice to change it up a little bit. I do love my red ducks.
