I got my first White-winged Scoter yesterday.
What steel shot do you recommend for the crabs :chuckle:
An even better question is how far you led them?? :chuckle:

Heck, what kind of calls and decoys do they respond the best to?
I hunt over Avery/Green head gear/Avian X. A mosh posh of everything, full bodies though. About 3-4 dozen, minimal caling. Like someone said earlier, right field right time, scouting is the big factor. blending into the elements is the 2nd key factor. I do blow a Bill Saunders Acrylic "RedZone" thoughas needed.
