GMU 368

Anybody headed up to the Cowichee unit this year?  I remember last year there were some issues with crazy land owners not allowing access to public lands?  Lot of wackos up there!

Ya Look at this !!!! I have been hunting it for years. The Locals are pretty much fed up with the traffic But Its some of the best snowmobile terrain in Washington.

What a ridiculous quote by McGowan.... “Hunters, especially if they’re in their quads, they think they’re in the wilderness and all the laws don’t apply to them and they can do anything they want to,” said McGowan, himself an avid lifelong hunter. “That’s just a feeling hunters get: ‘We’re going to go elk hunting,’ but some of them are really going elk camping and elk terrorizing."

Former manager of Oak Creek.  I think he spent too much time eating granola.  Lifelong hunter my ass.

Our group stays in a cabin off Mill Creek road.  Late archery there isnt a whole lot of traffic.  I occasionally carry a sidearm but that has changed to always! :dunno:
