The ruger single six and Mk II are good.  With the revolver you can even get a spare cylinder for .22 mag.

Can't beat the Ruger MK series and the Browning Buck Mark's.  When I sold guns, a life time ago it seems, that is what I sold the most off.  They are solid and reliable.

I prefer the Buckmark over the Ruger.  Both have their loyal fans and the opinion on both sides sways towards one but we usually also concede that you can't go wrong with either.

I looked at getting one of these a couple months ago but the sales guy told me they've had their issues.  Mostly with regard to cycling ammo that wasn't high velocity.  He told me if they only feed their Sig mosquito range gun high velocity 22's nobody ever really has much trouble with it but when they don't the results were less than stellar.  He suggested the Ruger SR22 over any of the others that were in its class, like the Sig or Walther, because they seem to reliably eat anything they feed it.  I ended up buying neither. 

If you have a Mosquito I'd like to hear what you think of it.

I have both the Ruger Mk.III Hunter and a Ruger 22/45 Lite. They each have their place. Years ago, my favorite (and only) .22 pistol was a Belgian Browning Challenger. I loved that gun! Somebody else needed it more than me, I guess, as I came home to find it not. My son found the son of a Rosie O'Donnell, but it was too late, he had already traded it for drugs. Too bad, he could have used the money for the medical care he soon needed.

If all three of them were lying in front of me and I had to choose one, I couldn't. 

BTW, I will never disassemble a Ruger again! I'll just spray it clean.

Yeah I've used a couple different SR 22's and they feed everything just fine.  The mosquito I shot had a lot of FTF's.

GSG 1911-22.  Full size 1911, with 22lr upper on it.  the only difference in the frame is that it has a narrow magwell internally for 22lr only.  Other than that is is 100% 1911.  Simply fantastic little shooters, very affordable.  Upgradable too, almost all 1911 trigger and grip upgrades will work on it.  Alloy frame and slide so light weight.

This is the same exact gun as the Sig 1911-22, GSG is the actual Mfg for Sig.  They even make upgrade bushing kits to tighten up the slide/barrel and other hop-ups.

Super affordable too, I see them go on sale from Buds/cdnn in the $250-270 range with free shipping.  $25ffl+tax and you are out the door right @ $300.
