Weekend Caribou
« on: October 29, 2014, 12:15:30 PM »
Couple cool pics of caribou from the weekend. You will notice the large bull in the herd dropped his right antler right in front of me as he exited the water from a hard shake. I was planning on taking him until that point. I let the rest walk, not quite what I wanted for tops.

No it was in about 3'-4' of 32 degree water  :chuckle: But I did find several other on the hunt. Its a shed hunters overload up there right now. You could fill trucks lol. There paths are super distict and easy to follow. You can actually wheeler down some of the larger ones.
