You can check with the Sho-Ban Tribe in Fort Hall Idaho. I think they do or they used to sell a hunt.

My wife says maybe next year. I showed her a link to BearPaw and she seemed kinda interested.
Tag for other ideas. I would do it strictly for the meat so a cow would be fine for me

Yeah Bearpaw outfitters....the guy you hunted a spring bear with a few years ago..  :chuckle:

Hey mods shouldn't this be in "Other big game"
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

I don't know. Are bison big game, or livestock?

Neither if we're talking about tanning the hide. That'd go in the taxi section :chuckle:

Man i am really confused now, it could also go in the "Out of state hunting" or Butchering..... :dunno:
Humm, live stock, good question, farm raised i guess, so if you go on a High fence elk hunt is that then livestock... :dunno:

Yes, high fence elk usually are regulated by the department of agriculture in states that allow game farms, I believe. So they are considered to be livestock, just as bison are.
