I already know Dale does them.

So do many other places.  I'm looking for other places to check out too.

I've offered it before, but I have a nice bull Hereford you could shoot.  He's around 1,000 lbs.  Better speak up quick though.  He's got one barrel of grain left then he's history.

Here you go, hunt right in Colville Washington. The wife and I went there this sept for her to get a Fallow deer. David Schuerman was a great guy, and we had a LOT of fun! At the time we were there he was charging $2200.00 for a Buffalo. You keep hide, head and ALL meat. Best deal I have EVER heard of as that equates to about $4.25 a pound for Buffalo since he says he gets about 500lbs off of one. This old online pamphlet shows a out of date price I think, but drop him a email or a call and check it out.

If you have any questions I might be able to answer PM me.

Wow, I can remember friends going to Montana and shooting them for $1000 for a 2 year old. Been 10 years ago since the last guys I knew went. They kept everything as well. I guess like anything else, prices just keep going up.

Thank You Toptwo,

I didn't realize there were still game farms here in WA.  That they had all be shut down.

That Schuerman Ranch site hasn't been updated in 3 or 4 years.

True PolarBear, but they are up and running and are good people. Like I said, I was there with the wife hunting Fallow deer the first week of Sept :)

With the cost of buying feeders now and raising to weight this would actually be cheaper than raising your own beef if you don't have a hay operation.  :twocents:

We may do this next year.

Crazy Woman Bison in Montana is )1,500 for a yearling bull around 750 pounds.  Hell, I just sold a 600 pound Hereford steer for $1,400!

I few years ago a co-worked went to Canada for a meat hunt. It was something in the 600 to 800 range. The Bison was in a pen the rancher asked him if he wanted to shoot it from his tractor bucket so he felt like he was in a tree stand. :chuckle:

Try Clover Creek Ranch in Ashwood, Ore. Clark sold the place and I have heard some negative comments. I have shot several there while Clark had it.
