Just got the new Prodigy yesterday.  I can't wait to chase some ca blacktails this fall.
I am waiting for Denton to get back from Reno then I am going to shoot one.  How do you like it?

The boss looks pretty slick.  I can't believe i just said a good thing about bowtech.

If I could leave the dark side after 16 years you can too!  It's not as scary as you think.  And there is no better cure for the brain washing than Overdrive Binary and CPX :chuckle:

Haters.   :chuckle:

I like it.  So far I've only shot with it on the comfort setting.  I may bump it up to the middle setting after I've shot it some more.

At the last show Bowtech said they will have the Boss available to ship...some day before Christmas :bash:
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

I believe rock creek sell at msrp . what you get is service on the equipment , any issues get handled and a free tune up in the first year . I enjoy doing business with a local guy instead of any box store when ever possible . Im afraid to go down there and see denton he may suggest I upgrade  :chuckle:

How would an upgrade be possible?  I mean...what could possibly be better than a CPXL ;)

I agree with buying local and building a relationship with a quality proshop.  Not many first class shops will stop the service and advise once the bow walks out the door.  If the hourly rate of a proshop was the same as a machine shop the average customer probably gets a couple thousand dollars in free service with every bow they buy.  That's a pretty good deal IMO!!

I'm shooting it in performance setting. Shot in comfort then set it to performance. Definitely a difference I
between the two. Thinking about setting in between. With a 420 grain arrow at 70lbs, 27.7" draw, shooting 368fps in comfort, 282fps in comfort.

It's the fastest bow on the planet...but it's a comfortable 368 fps  :chuckle: :chuckle:

Fat fingered it sorry about that. 268fps sound more reasonable.
