Idaho camping question

I'm looking for a camp ground around Moscow or Troy. Can you camp around Spring Valley this time of year? Does anyone know of camp grounds in that area for this month?

If Bovilll isn't to far way, they have a nice park there with full hookups. It's city owned I believe.
