With that option the earliest the season would start would be September 6th.

Oregon's archery elk season opens in late August. I haven't heard of Oregon elk hunters saying their season is "stupid."

They have a month season 8/30-9/28. If Washington had that season you wouldn't hear anyone complaining... Except for the rifle guys?

I like the early sept hunts. But probably just cause I've never hunter late sept. Any way atleast there considering options.
