Any guidance for archery hunt in AZ?

I guess I should change my screen name to AZ_Bean Counter.    I moved here from WA a few years ago and couldn't be happier to be out of Seattle (People's Republic of).

The deadline was extended  by a day. Last minute apps crashed the website and hunters were unable to access it. Given the choice to reward those who didn't wait until the last minute and extending the deadline to collect more money, which do you think the cash strapped bureaucracy opted for??
