Those Elk are there every year, The private rd that leads to the houses adjacent to the field have been posted in years past not to travel down, 1 yr we drove down the rd just to look at them closer (not hunting them as they were on private property) without seeing the private drive sign, a jack wagon with a trailer blocked the road and several people that were looking as well were all blocked in, It wasn't like anyone was "hunting" them, only looking at them. He said he was calling the sheriff so all but one person left. Never went down that road again
