I have seen other pics online of weird unicorn type spikes on hermaphrodites, messed up genes can = messed up hormones = weird horn growth or lack of growth

I did have pictures of a weird little unicorn buck from a few years ago...looking...

It's got teets and antlers.

Great eyes! I've been watching her for two years..

I've seen a few here and there, not as abnormal as you'd think.

Doe's don't rub the velvet off, easy way to spot them.

So the real question is can I shoot it? If have a doe tag would I be able to take it from the herd? And would photos like this be enough to explain to the warden I was harvesting a doe to rid her mutated genes rather than them thinking I poached a spike?

I think you can shoot it with either tag if spike's are legal there

Stag bucks often don't lose their velvet. They are more common than does with antlers.

If you want to find out, let us know what you get told.  I wouldn't take the risk personally.  Especially when the "mutation" is most-likely a dead end road and she's sterile.

From the regs.

Antlerless: Deer, elk, or moose without antlers; doe and fawn deer and cow and calf elk and moose are considered antlerless.

I understand that it says an deer, elk, or moose without antlers.. But it ALSO says doe are considered antlerless. So is this a contradiction or is a doe with antlers actually considered antlerless?

I called wdfw this morning and was um able to speak to an officer and the lil lady behind the desk apparently "doesn't need to know regs" to answer a phone. So she took down my info and someone with some knowledge will call me tomorrow.

Antlerless means antlerless. If a deer has antlers it is not antlerless, and therefore not legal to shoot as an antlerless. IMHO
