I doubt it, they can't tell the states what to do for hunting. The exception could be migratory birds.

This is crazy talk that could very well start an uprising of the nations rednecks, that's a group I wouldn't want on my bad side!  :chuckle:

maybe its not now true but bet antis would love it. bet they have their hand in this site someplace too.

If this were a fact I'm not positive but I seriously believe it would be in violation of the 10th Amendment. So it would be unenforceable as long as the States had any gonads

Had me going! Not that hard to do anymore though....... sit around and growl alot lately.
When scanners came out I re wrote the WDFW rules for the Wilson Cr/ Marlin area just to watch my friends get spun up! Turn about.... fair play I guess
