Son of a gun. The one weekend in January that I cannot get off. I am going to make it out to this one year, take my word for it.

I was really looking forward to this... >:(

Does anyone know if there are county restrictions? Or can teams go hunt wherever they want and then be back by the designated time on Sunday?
This is the map of counties included in the hunt.

Last year there was different payouts for different categories. I think most dogs category was 11.

Just got conformation. There will be a fur buyer at the check in on Sunday. Remember only $40 a team!

Wish I could play this year but have other plans that are eating up my spare funds and it's been so foggy here like last year.

What were the results for the top three?

First was with 7, second was with 6 and third was with 5.  A total of 38 were taken.  Two teams came in late and were not counted in the weight in (one had 7 also and the other had 3) but are part of the total count.  Paid out the max allowed by WDFW and had a lot of other great equipment we passed out.  Over all, considering the weather, it was a great time.  Second best year for dogs taken.

CLASSIC V is already in the works, keep early January open on your calendars....  see ya there !
