If you buy a wall tent, never put it away damp and don't store it in a cold damp garage.  I sold my Montana canvas tent after spending all day scrubbing the mold off, it was put away dry.  I loved my wall tent for the room and heat retention BUT if you don't have a place to hang it in the off season, be careful w it.
