I stand corrected.. reguardless my main attempt was to inform that he must be somewhat present for the hunt.. but I'm sure he already knows that..

Hey everyone,
Was supposed to go out tomorrow but of course I had to come down with something. Looks like meningitis.. I'll try to get out but even if I can make it to the stand there is no way ill be able to bring one out this weekend.. I'm in eastern WA and looking for someone to fill my tag. I know irs short notice but I thought I would be able to get my own this year. This could turn into hunting access for somebody. Just let me know if someone who has already taken a deer would be willing to help.

What an offer!!! Stigalla you are a very generous person for this opportunity. I know I am probably too late for this year, but I would love to help out next year. Thanks again👍👍

Wait, meningitis?  Seriously?  That is an illness not to be taken lightly.  If that's really what you have I hope you're making a trip to the emergency room lickity split!  It is also very contagious. :o

Meningitis is an inflammation of the membranes (meninges) surrounding your brain and spinal cord.

The swelling associated with meningitis often triggers the "hallmark" signs and symptoms of this condition, including headache, fever and a stiff neck.

Most cases of meningitis in the U.S. are caused by a viral infection, but bacterial and fungal infections also can lead to meningitis. Depending on the cause of the infection, meningitis can get better on its own in a couple of weeks — or it can be a life-threatening emergency requiring urgent antibiotic treatment.

If you suspect that you or someone in your family has meningitis, seek medical care right away. Early treatment of bacterial meningitis can prevent serious complications.

I'm not going anywhere near meningitis.
No offense but no way. Go to the hospital. Don't risk spreading that to someone else just to fill a deer tag.
Wow.

Too concerned guys! It's been treaded and its done and over with. It was bad (pic line and all) but I'm over the viral part (no longer contagious) I'm actually completely fine other than the back pain from the three weeks of inflammation. I wouldn't have asked if it were 3 weeks ago

Lots of info that should've been included in your 1st post that would have prevented it from reading something like this....

Hey all, I have meningitis. Wanna come kill a deer for me?

Sorry, but I don't think it is fair of you to say it is a lack of IQ points in this case.

Your initial post/request, if taken at just face value with only the initial information is just asking for it to be challenged.

Simply by adding in the fact that you are a disabled hunter with a companion card in your first post, removes any speculation as to your intent.  Simply stated, no one would have questioned whether you were asking for someone to violate the law.

Those that do not know you or your situation personally, have no way of knowing otherwise, and the posts were such to be helpful in case you were not aware that party hunting is illegal here in Washington.

As fas as the being ill/contagious, again, same thing.  If you phrase your words differently, and add in the important items, you will not have people guessing as to what the situation is.

Glad to hear you found some help and have some deer the freezer.
