Yamaha Rhino 450??
« on: November 11, 2014, 11:24:23 PM »
Im looking for a side by side for hunting and taking the kids around the woods.  Im not looking to spend a ton of money.  Ive found a few Rhino 450's in $5000 price range.  My question is does it have enough power or is it a slug?  Obviously id rather get a 660 but they are quite a bit more$ . Anyone have a 450 and have opinions??

As always thank you.

We have a Rhino 450 and really like it. We just use it for hunting and general trail riding so top speed (37) is not an issue. The 450 has a lower gear ratio to make up for the power. If you don't plan on racing it, it should work out fine for you.
