Fall turkey hunting around Republic???

Any state land around to hunt them on?? any info would be great. Planning on heading over Sept 29 for a couple of days. Thanks in advance.

I personally have not hunted there but a friend of mine has and he said there is some. If you can, try a little farther east around the Kettle falls area or a little north of there along the shore of Lake Roosevelt around Summer Island. Good luck to you.

last year we hunted deer just east of republic and seen a few turkeys on kemp rd or kemf i cant remember the name it is off hiway 20 on the left nfd 2040rd

Well, I just found out I was also drawn for the late fall turkey hunt so I am going to be headed to the Kettle Falls area in November!!!
