I"m not going to hunt them I'm from the same town as bone.  I'm pretty sure some of those local big two points I have hunted before.  Just curious that's all.  I don't hunt deer around here.  I hunt the eastern part of the state for deer.

Saw this thread and had to go take a pic today of one of the biggest "true" 2-pointers taken in WA that I've seen.  Not a nubbin anywhere on it.

Good call !  Yes, they are property of the game dept!   :)  They are now used in hunter safety class. 
Shot on opening morning in unit 243 a couple years ago.  Not much of an excuse for taking this one!

Had a kid that works for me make the same mistake.  He called himself in to the Game Dept.  Good kid, his buddy took a shot at it, missed, and he put it down.  His buddy swore it was a 2x3.  When they got up to it, he saw it wasn't.  Lesson learned.

Do you teach hunter's safety?  I actually teach the game ID class here in town.  I use a lot of antlers too.
