According to how Spokane voted in this last election, I'd say they need them there, too.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Thanks for posting! This is already making the pro-wolf crowd screech

The pro-wolf crowd has worked hard at keeping the truth away from mainstream. Great Idea.

Being "pro-management" would seem to be a better message than simply being "against wolves".  I think the general public would support a message of wanting responsible management more than a message of being against a species existence.   Lay out the very valid reasons why most reasonable people should support more active management...several key talking points: Wolves are not endangered...populations are strong; wolves need managed like other wildlife; unnecessary protection of wolves puts unnecessary burden on hard working ranchers, rural residents.  All of these messages could be accompanied by equally appealing photos.

If these billboards are just intended to incite anger/emotion out of the pro-wolf crowd...this should work.  I imagine the next wolf poaching reward will top $50k...

First, the billboard does not promote the species existence, just that they should not be in Washington..second, a reasonable person would understand WHY they are not wanted..

I am 100% against management, when it gets to that point we will be done hunting over the counter in Wa, it will be permit only.  I won't donate to any ad that promotes or insinuates that wolves are good for this state for any reason. Wa is not Idaho, Montana, Wyoming or Canada, we cannot support packs in our wilderness or state, private, lands and still have the amount of game it takes to keep hunters hunting with otc opportunities.  That is just my opinion, they have been here for years but they will grow exponentially I believe with the support they (wolves) get from the pro wolfers and the wdfw.  Damn sad!

That's because of their "NIMBY" mentality = Not In My Backyard!
