Another member put me in the direction of this mod. Used it for the first time last night. The name is pizza kettle. Well I made a knock off in about 30 mins. I used aluminum instead of stainless steel and need to add handles and rivet the walls. Also I will be adding 3 or 4 fire bricks on the grate to raise the pizza stone. Other than that it works pretty good.
