Big bear, Buck, and Yotes
« on: December 19, 2008, 05:02:13 PM »
I went out and checked the camera today. Had them out for about two weeks. Not much but I did get my first buck picture.

This looks like a pretty fat bear. Any guesses on what he might weigh?

My first buck picture.

Nice coyote.

Very nice. I need to find me a coyote to shoot when I get this 204Ruger sighted in. First I need my truck back from getting a motor. :'(

Anybody think that big "he" may be a "she"?  Kinda looks like a big sow with the narrow snout.  :dunno:

I thought about that at first, but I think it is a large male. The snout is long and narrow but I have never seen a sow with a crease in the middle of the skull. Guess he will have to kill it to find out.
