Arrow wrap vs paint dipping????
« on: September 25, 2015, 05:29:48 PM »
Looking to rehab a bunch of arrows. Seems like everyone is wrapping. What is the advantage to a wrap vs a paint dip?  And why not just leave bare shaft if I don't care about color/contrast?
This will be feathers on carbon and a few on aluminum

Thanks

I don't have a real answer, but I use wraps because I can make my own  :chuckle:

I'm going to use wraps. You can find reflective wraps online making it easier to find your arrows. If you lose one you can wait till it starts getting dark out then just shine a flash light over the field till you find it. I have lighted knocks but they seem worthless in the daylight and by the time it got dark out the light was dead.
