My best source for video and books is always Amazon. Once you find what you're looking for, check the prices under the "new and used" section. I often find good hunting books for between 1 and 5 bucks, plus 3 dollars shipping.
I've only had a couple problems with the used book sellers and have always been refunded the money if the book/vid no-shows at my house. It is a great source for out of print books that come up in places like the Goodwill or by sellers who pick them up for nothing at garage sales.
If you want a really good book with several great sections on tree stand placement in relation to terrain and vegetation, check out Mapping Trophy Bucks. The book is about hunting Whitetails in the Mid-west, but has a ton of information that relates to hunting any type of deer.
