You know my GMU, and I can tell you I'd smoke him.  There is an old buck that looks like him in the unit I hunt, sway back old fighter, and slick between the ears with huge deep forks.  He's been there for 5 or 6 years, not scared of people, and I've looked for hours at him in those years for an eye guard.  He needs taken out, and won't be until he's taken by Father Time...This guy would be sausage and a euro mount!

I agree with rockchuck. Looks like a possible third pt on his left. But even without it I would be tagging that buck for sure

He looks legal, deer eye is normally about an inch, looks well longer than the size of the eye.  For me if it's early in the season I'm passing, I like my days out hunting and can live with the decision.

Of couse that's the internet me talking, in real life when the heart is pumping it would be a tougher decision. Managed to pass a smaller  opening day 3x3 muley (the 2x2 with a wide spread made him look really small and gave me hope for something later)in the early muzzy season this year, but I am still out chasing blacktails now.
There is no greater respect to have for wildlife than to harvest an animal fairly and use it's flesh to feed your family.  ~me

Yay
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Meat in the freezer
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
