Phool, I hunted Buckrun with my nephew who is in a wheel chair. Our family all chipped in and bought raffle tickets and he was lucky enough to draw a tag. Here is how it works. Raffle winners get ONE day to hunt. If you don't shoot a buck you are done. Landowner/Manager Derek Stevens assigns you to an area to hunt. He is NOT with you during your hunt. During our hunt the area we were assigned did not have many deer, we spotted a big buck on Dereks land but not in our designated area. I called Derek and he eventually allowed us to move to the area with the big buck. At the time I got the feeling that the only reason we were allowed to move was that we had a kid in a chair. Derek is not in this video. Derek also gets a few landowner tags that he sells for around $6,000 each. He guides these hunters and they get to hunt until they fill their tag which usually only takes a day or two. He also sells some management hunts for around $ 1,500. These hunts are for old bucks with bad genetics, big two and three points. He also guides these hunters and they are one day hunts. In my opinion this video should have no connection or reflection on the Stevens Family and Buckrun. Just hunters that made some bad choices, shooting outside their effective range, no orange, videoing and posting on Utube etc

Did this guy really need a "guide" to point out which stack of hay to sit in?
Must have been an ex girlfriend or wife who posted that on YouTube! Certainly the hunter wouldn't want that on the Internet for everyone to see. I noticed he wasn't very experienced shooting that rifle, every time he chambered another round he had to take it down off the hay bale it was rested on, to work the bolt. Why not just leave the rifle where it was and continue looking through the scope until you're done shooting?

After reading the comments on you tube I don't see why they left it up there isn't one positive remark yet they have let it run and those comments are old too in fact one of the very first comments asks him to please take it down!!! I can see someone getting excited but then when you get blasted on your own video link, don't you think about it a little and come to your senses??? Look he is just not a very smart person, And everyone is expecting this not so smart of a person to have practiced, and become ethical? You know the saying??? "You cant fix stupid" and unfortunately there are stupid people that hunt and so like everything else a few bad apples will ruin it for the whole bunch. This is the type of stuff that the anti's drool over cause you know all of us hunters are just like this
