Not yet.  The wife loves Christmas so much, we have two trees.

My favorite was the year that we were transferred to Germany, and of course, Christmas got there before all of our household goods.  We spent the weeks leading up to it making ornaments out of construction paper, construction paper chains, etc.

It's the Christmas I remember most, after all the years.

Love the Chewbacca ornament.

My wife goes nuts at Christmas!  Here is our tree.  It was 17' when I cut it down but had to take 3 feet off of it to get it to fit where I wanted it.  I couldn't get all of it in the pic.

Bumble (a family tradition) holding the star.

A skinned out fake squirrel (another family tradition)

Mr Hankey

And Rudolph.  My Father in Law made the frame for this over 45 years ago and it had the old style white glass lights on it.  After he passed away I rebuilt it with rope lighting and surprised my wife with it.  It aint Christmas without my Father in Laws Rudolph!

Should have taken some pics of the ornaments available here in Germany tonight. They have some beautiful ones for sale. Pricey, but very nice.

Spotted owl ornaments.
I have a spotted owl ornament somewhere on that tree.  My kids decorated it so I have no Idea where all my stuff is.  I just happen to find one every now and then.   :chuckle:

I don't have a tree this year, but I found my favorite ornament last year.  Can't wait to hide this guy in a tree for people to find!

Your trees all look great!  I love seeing how different families decorate their trees and everyone's family traditions.

First year with a fake tree, but the wife got a killer deal on a good looking fake tree. If there is such a thing :chuckle: I don't think I need to post pictures of the fake tree. Every year we buy or make a glass bulb for the tree. There is s shot not to far away where you can make your own bulb. It's always fun. Some years if there is a great looking bulb already done we just grab it :chuckle:
