Friday?
I doubt anyone will get busted that wouldn't have been busted before, selling to a felon where the gun was used in a felony (as an example).
To bust someone for a misdemeanor?
Some people just have their tinfoil hat on a little tight. I doubt there is a line of cops waiting to be the first to make this type of arrest.
Been a cop for 27 years decided to retire and will be leaving this State so I don't become an outlaw by accident.
How is 594 enforced on tribal land? I just saw this on an Armslist ad: We will do this legally, we must meet on an idian reservation to avoid legal issues since i594 passed. Cabelas or Tulalip Casino parking lots only. FTF only. No shipping. No Canadians. Washington residence ONLY.

What exactly is the penalty for selling without FFL transfer?

So, If I'm at a gunshow, am I technically able to handle the weapon prior to passing the background check and purchasing it?I feel like not...
I guess they'll need to do background checks on everyone as soon as they walk in the door. Otherwise, what's the point in going to a gun show if you aren't allowed to pick up and handle different firearms?
