Whitetail Bucks love moving in the rain.  Spend a couple of rainy days in good whitetail country and you will become a believer.  Many of my better bucks were seen or shot during steady rain.  Something about the noise of the rain and the quietness of the woods on a rainy day that make deer much calmer.

Between me and my wife we saw 13 deer on Saturday in the rain. Since I'm tagged out I was just getting wet hoping she was going to shoot something and also hoping for a random critter to walk by. She saw 1 buck and I didn't see any. She couldn't get a shot though. Every time she had a good shot a fawn ran in front of him or right behind him I gues. She had fun though she drew 5 different times haha.

Rain is my favorite weather to hunt whitetails.  A light wind and heavy rain is awesome for whitetails
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
