Think ill stock with musket caps for now. I know there are reccomendations of 11 on here but everyone i would hunt with uses musket caps with great results. Cant wait to get shooting!

I have a bunch of sabots you can try (Horandy 250grn SST, Barnes 250grn TMZ, Scorpion-Harvester, and Nosler 300grn MZ).  Maybe we can get together and shoot sometime.  I need to spend some time testing loads as well.

for sure. We should shoot sometime! Im gonna try and get some 290 barnes sometime. More worried about getting a good idaho load together.

What about those new Federal B.O.R bullets?  are those legal in Idaho?  It's got a fiberglass base, but it stays on the bullet and it's bull bore.

idaho requires bore diameter (within .01) all lead projectile.
