Bolt action help

Thinking to build semi-custom rifle found everything I need exept specialise place where I can buy action without Spending a lot of money.

Figure out what action you want and find a beater truck gun for the donor action.
Check the pawn shop.

Walmart Rem 700 for $377.  Sell off the stock, trigger and barrel for $70-$100 and you have a reasonable action.
