Wasn't Popeye found dead of old age?

I'm not sure they ever found him.   Seems like I remember he was last seen in velvet.  Its been a long time though so its a little fuzzy.

Popeye is def one of the greats!  As far as anybody knows, he was never taken by a hunter.

So how did they come at that score?  :dunno:

I'm surprised you've never packed the long bow down there, Bone.  It would be conducive to your style of hunting with giant buck potential.

Kids and soccer really cramped my deer travels.    I drew and burned a tag in Nevada and that has sort of haunted me ever since.   I really put the brakes on applying.   I bet if I dug out those vids and watched them I'd be all fired up again.   Some of that Red desert and Wind river range really lights a fire.

I had contemplated selling my extreme buck videos just to clear space.  I figured someone on here would like them.  I might have to have a marathon first though.

. Haha!  I did the same thing last night.  Ed Hardy has three years of his sheds.  He was videos in velvet in 96' and the last time he showed on the winter range was winter of 96-97.  As far as anyone knows, he was never found or killed.  I googled it :chuckle:

The good old days for sure when eastmans gave you just enough info to start your search. Now they totally bottle feed people and ruin it for the people that do their homework. No longer a subscriber.

Yep,
I still have a "popeye" T shirt that Eastmans either sold or gave away with subscriptions.  Too bad it doesn't quite fit anymore....... :)
