Cool looking piece and I bet it's a lot of fun to shoot.

Pistols like this are really cool.  I know someone who built something similar-ish looking chambered in 338 Edge and has shot it all the way out past 1600yds.  Crazy looking things but their capabilities shouldn't be underestimated, that's for sure.

Looks like a nice build. What did it come it as far as weight?
I haven't put it on a scale yet, but it's probably in the 9-10# range. It's not as heavy as my 6mm BR that's over 14#!

The hard part now will be deciding what bullet to run out of it. I was initially thinking one of the 140gr bullets but I may try the 130s to make up for the velocity loss from the shorter barrel. With the 130s from the 19" barrel I should be able to come pretty darn close to matching the 6.5x47 Lapua.  That should get me pretty close to 1200 yards and still super sonic. I'd call that a success!
