You can only hunt in a select few national parks. It is for herd reductions, usually elk. Have to look up each park's policy.

There are a few "National Parks" that are open for hunting under a permit system for herd reduction. But generally speaking the answer is no.Now there is National Park Service land that is open to "general" hunting. WA has the most units of NPS land that is open to hunting in the lower 48. Those are Lake Roosevelt, Lake Chelan, and Ross Lake National Recreation Areas
