I thought I had him tied up
« on: December 23, 2014, 09:08:42 PM »
We all talk about going out and tying up our buck so it will be easier come hunting season.  I tried it, didn't work.  lol

In early spring...

Then I got him tied up to the pear tree in August...

Looks like my knots were not tied correctly, things were coming loose...

Darn it, the night before late buck opened in November and he's slipped it all off.

He is pretty comfortable in the front yard knowing I've never taken one of the yard deer in the 25 years we've lived here.

Hopefully he will still be around to see how much he tempts me next year to take the first one in the yard.

I grow 'em big with all the apples, plums, pears and other fruits they get. Shoot, when I'm in the garage sometimes they poke their heads in to see what I am up to.
