Tried to run through some different filtering, still can't tell.  Maybe a little more detail though.

Well if it was set up in the area from Kapowsin to Camp 1 it could be the bat like flying bigfoot that has been reported several times in the couple of decades.
There is no greater respect to have for wildlife than to harvest an animal fairly and use it's flesh to feed your family.  ~me

Looks like an Akateko. A tree dwelling monster. They're Japanese, but in this day and age I wouldn't put it past one to have immigrated here somehow.
