Anyone else hosting? We're cooking for 9-10 adults. We're making elk chili and BBQ ribs. 4 hours in the oven low and slow, and a few minutes on the grill to caramelize the sauce.  :drool:

It is my daughter's 18th birthday tonight so yep, there is a party going on.
