Maybe you need to post the land better! Seems like a lot of guys think it's public land. Can't just complain and not have it posted properly or gated off.
That's a bunch of bull.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

If it's not agricultural land, it actually DOES have to be fenced or posted for someone to be cited for trespassing. In this case, it's obviously private, due to it being an apple orchard. Yes, it could be state land that is leased and have an apple orchard, but we know in this case it's not. You can't just go walking (or driving) through someone's apple orchard without permission.

I can not get over the dudes in the car, passenger side mirror folding in... Good lord, I think I may take this opportunity to coin a phrase  " row hunter" similar to road hunters except now, not to be outwitted by the guys that use boots to get away from them.... un real.

 :yeah:

The photo is shocking.  :yike:  Those guys are morons.  I hope they get fully prosecuted. Those are the type of people that give all hunters a bad name and cause most landowners to lock people out.  :bash:
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Really sorry to see that this is still an issue for you and a really big one, I can't believe the traffic.  I hope you catch them and they get the book thrown at them.

This type of stuff is what screws it up for everyone else getting access.

I had a guy tell me the other day that "they wouldn't have been trespassing if you would have said yes when we asked."

REALLY?!

I'm sorry but if I were trespassing knowingly or had any inkling I was, I would be so paranoid about getting , truck taken, fines through the roof etc.., it would ruin the hunt for me. I hunt a lot of the time on FFTH land in wide open CRP where boundary lines can be confusing, unmarked and difficult to pin point, any time I feel I'm close to the line or over the line, I get so worried I can't even focus on hunting. Some people must have that ice cold, no morals lifestyle down. :dunno:

Wow these guys have balls, I would turn this over to law enforcement immediately so that they can pay the apple grower for the loss of crop he suffered by driving there car through the orchard! Morons.

You can always post the pics at the local sporting good stores.
Someone will know them.
May not get them caught but it could be enough to get the point accross

Maybe you need to post the land better! Seems like a lot of guys think it's public land. Can't just complain and not have it posted properly or gated off.

:chuckle: Who's responsibility is it? I'm not going to get into a long drawn out discussion but just to let you know, it's your responsibility to know where the property lines are! ;)

And FYI, it's posted very well, and how many apple orchards do you see on public land?

That's exactly what I was thinking.   :sry:

Did you or someone physically take these pictures or is the game camera in the middle of the orchard row?  Looks like if the car kept driving it would run smack into the camera. I've heard of this happening in grant co also, except it's the workers that harvest the orchards shooting them whenever they are low on meat. These guys are not hunters, they are *censored* bags.
