Thanks to everyone that has helped out, I'm being told that each of these guys are being contacted by WDFW.

I've also been told that some have been contacted by WDFW before.......shocker!

 A couple are fireman/medics. :bash:

With modern deer coming up, more cameras are going up as well, hoping that the season ends with only critter pics.

If you are one of those in the pics and reading this, your name will be shared with everyone if you are caught again, please find access to the area elsewhere.
Im kinda confused why you are posting this and making threats about sharing names when the property doesn't belong to you. I know the property owners and they are more then able to do their own investigative work. just confused why its any of your business?
I run trail cams on some private property that is not mine. I have permission to hunt there. The landowner's have asked me to keep an eye on the land for them since they do not live in this area. I have permission to kick people off that are trespassing. The landowner told me to get names, licenses Numbers and pictures if possible and he will deal with the law end of it.???

Looks to me like Phool knows them better than you do  ;) Why are you worried about it ...  is that you in the pic?  :chuckle:

People often hunt private land with permission or through leasing or through marriage and family, but anyway it happens, its common for the party given permission to help with issues like trespassing. It doesnt seem like rocket science to figure out really.

These two replies pretty much sum it, not that my relationship with the landowner is "any of your business" Derry! ;)

2x4 with nails buried in certain areas would stop anybody.  That is what we do here.  It works.

No it's a great idea! You can't be scared about them retaliating. Hit them hard. Plus you will probably catch them because they only have one spare.

Not talking retaliation.....Intentionally setting a trap that could potentially harm an individual is setting yourself up for a lawsuit, happens all the time, private property or not.

About 20 years ago we had an officer at our homeowners assoc. block watch meeting. We had had a number of neighbors whose lawns had been damaged by cars intentionally driven over them. As we lived on a corner and were more susceptible to the damage the idiots were doing, I had the great idea of driving rebar along the edge of our lawn. We were warned by the officer that that could backfire on us if the driver (driving ACROSS our lawn) chose to sue for damages. Told us even large rocks along the edge of the lawn could bite us later!

I was shocked to learn that! Still makes me grit my teeth :mor: :mor: :mor: :mor: :mor:

Happens all the time, huh I've never heard of it happening. Maybe in town. But I built a house about 7 years ago in the country.  I had some wire stolen, so I put a nail strip up in my in my driveway. Never had anything else stolen, but I don't think anyone else attempted to steal anything.  Doubt the meth heads are going to file a lawsuit. But maybe the trespassing hunter would. I'd still install a nails trip myself.

Ugh!
One of the areas I hunt has a camp with some firefighters, while yes this is the minority. It seems some think because of their profession they get special privilege.
Example.  Folks from this camp ride there quads behind very well posted NO UNAUTHORIZED MOTORIZED VEHICLES...WDFW.  When asked about it they respond we're firefighters we've been hunting this area for years. Besides we cut out some of the dead fall to make it easier for you.
Hmmm well I've been hunting this area for upwards of 30 years and I work for a county..so I get special privilege right!?
Sorry rant and thread jack over...just tired of people thinking they get special rights/above the law just because
