Maybe the guys in the picture have permission to be there also??

Ahh, NO! Why would the landowner and friend of the OP ask for his help in locating these clowns if they had permission? Did you read any of the post?  :dunno:

I'll bite....

If that was my orchard and I had given you permission to be there also.....

And

I found out you were thanking me by my generosity of letting you access my property by reaching into my wallet and removing the crops that I sell........

We'd have a whole different problem
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

Yes, am following the post. And know those involved. Hearing 2 different things in relation of having permission or not. Just curious as the truth may lie somewhere in the middle maybe?

And perhaps your buddies are just saying that? Think about it??? When was the last time a trespasser just said "yeah I was trespassing" you believe that if you want to but I believe if the landowner had granted permission to someone then he wouldn't be soliciting help from friends to locate them ... Your logic doesn't add up and your friends know they've been caught red handed so of coarse they are going to lie.

There is no "middle" mountainman, nobody in any of those pics have been given permission to be in there, which is why each have been turned in to the authorities. ;)

Cool, as it should be Phool. Just hearing different from several in the photos. Not wanting to cause a riff,  and don't like Tresspassers either!

Wait!   Are you saying you know some of the people in the pics?
If so, why not say so in the beginning of the thread?
Maybe you did.  :dunno:  Just asking the question.

Which is exactly why I said of coarse they would deny it!   ;)

This thread took a major turn.

Unfortunately starting tomorrow there will likely be a whole new album of pics to get it back on track.

You've got weird ways of not wanting to start a riff.
