Anybody know this guy? 12/28 he walks in and appears to even see the camera, obviously doesn't care because 1/4 he walks in again, then again 1/9, and again 1/16

Cool, as it should be Phool. Just hearing different from several in the photos. Not wanting to cause a riff,  and don't like Tresspassers either!
How many of these trespassers do you know?

Ok, just read this entire thread....I have learned nothing...but did have a few laughs.

Phool, since the majority of this occurred in 2015, are you aware of any prosecutions? Or just warnings....

Thanks.

Master hunters?

Doesn't give them the right to trespass if they are, but I doubt they are either way.

Master hunters?
There is no reason to suspect that. They appear to be bird hunters and there are no special seasons for master hunters.

Never said it did. Now that I look on my laptop and not my phone I see they are shotguns and not muzzys. That is why I brought up the idea. Looks like trespassing bird hunters to me

Out of curiosity ......does your land border public land?  Are these individuals walking a border and just happen to be a few feet onto private?? Or....are they well within the private boundary.  It could just be an honest mistake....if we are talking a matter of feet.

The car is probably not an honest mistake.....but you have plenty of evidence with that pic.   :chuckle:

The reason I posted the question above......If all these guys were getting caught "obviously tresspassing" why wouldnt' they rip the camera down to get rid of the evidence?  It maybe lends credibility to the fact that they are good guys walking a property line thinking they are OK / not trespassing.  My experience with trespassers on a friends property....is they try and destroy the camera after being caught.  They don't want evidence that they are breaking the law.   :dunno: :dunno:

Fair question in my book....   I personally would not walk a property line that was not clearly defined.  With that said, I know a lot of guys who try....and they are not bad guys, just not using good judgement IMO.

What part of them literally driving their car through an orchard with apples falling off of their car makes whether they are on public or private land questionable? I've never seen an orchard full of groomed apple trees on public land.

I'm jot trying to sound like an ass there. Sorry if I did. Just seems blatantly obvious they are not on public land.
