Get together, Feb28th. Skookum Brewery.
« on: January 06, 2015, 03:09:50 PM »
So, D-Rock mentioned it and I think its time.

Anyone want to meet up at the Redhook   :chuckle: Skookum Brewery, tip a pint, sip a soda, have a snack? I'm thinking sometime in Feb? I'm open to dates, would prefer a Saturday, and simply ask that anyone that imbibes do so responsibly and safely.

The 14th would be a great  day to do this... :chuckle:

The hook huh? Scuttlebutt is closer??

I'd be in for a Feb meet.  I vote Scuttlebutt.

Don't add this to the poll, but you have to check out this place near me sometime

Don't add this one to the poll either.  It's also worth a visit sometime.

I may be a little biased with this place.  It's one of the few brewery / pub's that I know of that welcome you to bring your dog with you as long as they have manners.

I'm partial to Diamond Knot, but this crew could fill that place in a heartbeat. Scuttlebutt is to "restaurantee" now, not much room to mingle with a group unless you rent one of their rooms.

Skookum as was mentioned earlier has a nice open great area that a group would do great mingling, and it looks like they are serving food now.

Sounds like that might be the best bet for a group if its over say 10 or 12 people.  :twocents:

You know....my buddy I work with was just at Skookum over the weekend.

That might be the best option so far.

You do realize they are only open till 8pm...

Just get a keg and have it in your garage/skinning/loading/BS room... :chuckle:

I like the idea of meeting up for a few cold beverages, Ellensburgs Iron Horse brewery, or Roslyn would only work for me.
Or the Brick on Tuesday evenings !

I like the idea of meeting up too, but I don't see myself driving all the way to Arlington to drink a beer. More centrally located would be good.
