Yes that tent is awesome... My buddy has that 1 and he is 6'7" and can stand up in it

Yes that tent is awesome... My buddy has that 1 and he is 6'7" and can stand up in it

That was one thing I was worried about. The other is that there is no place for a stove or to put a stock jack in the future. I would bet with the shape that it would be pretty efficient as far as staying warm

I still think canvas wall tent would last longer be its way more durable material.  :twocents:

I would not ever consider putting a stove inside a tent with a floor.

Maybe modify it further for a cutout in the floor for the stove, but not as is. You could add a stove jack anywhere you wanted. I've seen them added to one of those portable carports.

My hunting partner has a nylon type cabelas tent we use for elk hunting, it has a floor and we use a wood stove.  I just put a piece of 3x3 hardi plank under the stove, it seems to work fine but my stove is about 6 to 8'' off the floor.   That tent looks nice for 2 people, any more and I bet it will get crowded.
