I'm pretty new to the forum but what a great place to meet like minded individuals. I've had some great hunts with Merkelman and GrampasGuns. What a great 14-15 season can't wait until next year.

This site produces some pretty great people. I haven't met any of those people but have met some that will do.  :chuckle:
But seriously, I've met and hunted with guys that I feel I will hunt with and share camp with and duck blinds with for many many years, guys I'll share food and drinks with till I'm old and gray and guys I'll build stories with for life. Great people are here that is for sure.

On a hike-out from a local grouse spot this Fall, my Wife, my Springer( Walter) and I met a super nice fellow member done with his archery hunt.

I haven't shared any hunts with any members on this forum, but via PM's, I've shared some hunting info. Something I see as an oddity is the members that contact me for info. and then continue to only ID themselves by their "Secret Squirrel" forum name? In several cases, this behaviour continued throughout numerous followup PM's.
