Looking for help with what to put in for Mule deer this year and hunt whitetail
as a backup
I've never hunted ID before and any info would be great ! I can hike ! Have a
Full wallet tent camp have side by side and motorbike I enjoy both mountian
and Sage hunting for Good deer ! Thanks in advance !!

Unit 44 and 40. 45 is probably the best but mainly private.

Thank you that's the kind of info I need, I don't want honey holes
just some general info ! This strange for me as I've never asked for help hunting in almost 30 years
I've hunted Montana and Wyoming but already knew a lot about the area before hand .

I'm looking to hunt mule deer Idaho in 2015 as well. Just planning to do my research and a lot of scouting, but these suggestions are helpful. Oh, and I will be buying a wolf tag as well!

With yet another very mild winter...I would expect good deer hunting to continue throughout most of Idaho...translation - Hard to go wrong with any unit.
